Kellie Carter of Monticello was one of my wife's student workers at Eastern in the mid 90s. Kellie looked me up years later when she got into photography. Kellie may have started out as a soccer-mom photographer, but she quickly took it to the next level and now has a studio in Monticello, specializing in newborn photography.
