This year it took place during a snow storm, and on the night of the BCS Championship game. Even with all that going against it, 1,200 people packed the Bluegrass Ballroom above Rupp Arena to hear the state's top politcal figures poke and jab a little at each other, and give their take on Kentucky's finacial woes.
