The Power of One: December

Michala
Riggle, 11, of Louisville, shows what the power of one
can do when you put your mind to it. Michala started making $3 bracelets
to help pay for new Autism research at the Kosair Children's Hospital
in Louisville, for her brother David who is Autistic. Her individual $3
efforts lead to a private foundation in Brandenburg, KY giving $100,000
to the hospital. This will allow Kosair to do a medical study with
the new treatment that seems to be working.
