Photos can generally be used for print publication, electronic publication, and publicity purposes, as the client sees fit, and as agreed upon between the client and Webb, but the copyright and ultimate ownership of the photos remain with Tim Webb Photography. Unless photos are of a proprietary nature, they may be used for marketing and promotional purposes for Tim Webb Photography. Photo credit for Tim Webb is required on all usages.
