Back in Morehead

I was back in Morehead on September 14th, covering Rowan County Clerk Kim Davis' first day back to work after being jailed on September 2nd, for refusing to issue marriage licenses. Outside of the Kentucky Derby, this was the largest media contingency I have ever worked with. When I shot the photo of Kim addressing the media, at the bottom of the blog, all I could do was stand on my tip toes, stretch out my arms, and hold my camera up over the people in front of me, and point it in the general direction. I couldn't see what I was photographing, but at least it looked like I could see, HA!
