GRANT
OF RIGHTS:
The right to use Tim Webb's photographs is non-exclusive,
unless agreed upon prior to the shoot, and his photographs are protected under Federal Copyright
Laws. The copyright can only be transferred with written permission.
Photos may not be transferred to other persons, companies
or entities, without permission. Photos can generally be used
for print publication, electronic publication, and publicity
purposes, as agreed upon between
the client and Tim Webb, but the copyright and ultimate ownership
of the photos remain with Tim Webb Photography. Unless photos
are of a proprietary nature, they may be used for marketing
and promotional purposes for Tim Webb Photography.
