FEES & USAGE RIGTHS

CREATIVE FEES
The Creative Fees listed below are for Non-Exclusive Rights. Exclusive Rights may be obtained with approval, billed at double the creative fee.Time on the half hour is billed at $75, and time beyond the half hour rounds up to the next hour.

One Hour: $150
Two Hours: $300
Three Hours: $450
Four Hours: $600
Five to Eight Hours: $750
Nine Hours: $900
Ten Hours: $1,050
Eleven Hours: $1, 200
Twelve Hours: $1,350

PHOTOGRAPHIC ASSISTANT
A photo assistant will be billed at a rate of $150 per day on jobs in which they are needed.

EDITING FEES
Typical editing and toning are included in the price. Custom editing, cutouts, and retouching are billed at $75 per hour.

TRAVEL FEES
Travel will be assessed at 50 cents per mile round trip from Richmond to the client’s destination outside Madison County & Fayette County, Kentucky. Travel fees are subject to change if the cost of fuel exceeds $3 per gallon.

TIME ONTHE ROAD
Is billed at $150 per hour, one way only, for assignments outside Madison and its surrounding counties.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Electronic delivery via either FTP or Email is free of charge. CDs & DVDs are shipped U.S. Priority Mail at $15 per disc for shipping and handling. Overnight shipping and shipping and handling for photographic prints of any kind will be charged to client.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Upon completion of the photo shoots, Tim Webb Photography will produce a detailed invoice in which payment will be due by the client no later than 30 days. Payments received after the due date will be assessed with a 10% late fee. If payment is not received within 60 days, Usage Rights to the photos will be revoked, and Copyright Infringement Laws will be applied.

GRANT OF RIGHTS
The right to use Tim Webb’s photographs is non-exclusive, and his photographs are protected under Federal Copyright Laws. Copyright can only be transferred with written permission. Photos may not be transferred or sold to other persons, companies or entities, without permission from Tim Webb Photography. Photos can only be used for print and electronic publication. Other uses must be approved by Tim Webb Photography. Ultimate ownership of the photos remains with Tim Webb Photography. Unless photos are of a proprietary nature, they may be used for marketing and promotional purposes for Tim Webb Photography. Photo credit for Tim Webb is required on all usages.
